Chris leads software, AI, machine learning, data science and intelligent systems. He has built the routing systems behind growth from 1,000 to 10,000 deliveries a week, a pricing engine that lifted margins by 20%, and a churn model deployed across 23 countries. His speciality is turning difficult models and decisions into reliable production systems.
Founder & Design Lead
Maria leads product design, UX, brand, websites and visual systems. Before Pare, she designed brands and digital products across agencies and growing businesses in Mexico and Canada, including the identity, website and guidelines for a learning platform used by thousands. She can act as the missing design lead on an existing product or carry the brand and interface through implementation with the technical side of the studio.
