Why Pare exists

We started Pare because too many businesses were getting a raw deal. Advice-only consultants who hand over a slide deck and disappear. Agencies that quote six-figure projects and pass the work to juniors. Cheap tools that get you 60% of the way and leave you stuck. None of it was what most businesses actually needed. Senior people, embedded part-time, doing the work themselves.

We cover what a business needs but probably doesn’t have on staff. AI systems, custom software, automation, websites, branding. The people you talk to are the same people doing the work. We’re the team you need, without the cost of a full-time hire.

Chris Collins

Chris Collins

Founder & Technical Lead

Chris handles all the technical work at Pare. Software, AI, automation, and the smart systems that help businesses make better decisions. He leads every project personally and is the person in your meetings, building the solution that ships.

Before founding Pare, he built the systems that helped a logistics company grow from 1,000 to 10,000 deliveries a week, designed a pricing engine that lifted profit margins by 20%, and built a customer-churn model rolled out across 23 countries that doubled marketing returns. He holds a First Class MEng from the University of Bath.

Maria Benitez

Maria Benitez

Founder & Design Lead

Maria designs everything at Pare. Logos, brand identities, and how websites look, feel, and work. She leads all design work from first sketches and brand direction through to polished, finished designs ready to go live.

Before co-founding Pare, she designed brands and digital products across agencies and growing businesses in Mexico and Canada. She’s led website projects from the first conversation through to launch, and built brands from scratch, including the visual identity, website, and guidelines for a learning platform used by thousands. She holds a Graphic Design degree from Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla.
